This data would be very helpful to be able to display/filter on in a Report so my users don't have to click into each individual Proof to see its detailed status.

It would be helpful if deleted Programs could be restored from the Recycle Bin, mirroring the ability to restore Project and Document objects. We store information on a Program's Custom Form and that data is currently lost when a Program is (mistakenly) deleted.
