  • I don't agree with this. Users should be able to manage their own notification preferences because, after all, they are responsible for their actions. If a user decides to turn off notifications, they must be aware of the consequences that might bear. Good initiative, though.

  • Yes, I submitted a ticket regarding this and was told to submit the Idea. If I could share an entire folder and its contents, that would make sharing documents easier, because I could just share a folder and its contents instead of having to share documents individually. A user should find the sh...

  • When an issue is resolved by a project, this field is easily identifiable when creating an issue report - it's called the "Resolving Object" (resolvingObj / resolvingObjID). However, I can't find the equivalent on a Project report. I have a Project report with many projects which resolve issues and ...

  • Nice! This has been requested by so many of our company's users, given that they are accustomed to this functionality that other systems have.

  • I agree 100% with Heather Rehm-Stelter. The solution would not be to disable comments, that is simply not functional or logical at all. • The recycle bin should have an automatic deletion function. E.g. automatically delete items in the recycle bin when they reach N number of days there (similar to trash bins in email inboxes). This would regulate and mantain space consumption.

  • Yes, I have seen this behavior and think it would be appropriate to be done only with "my part". More often than not, a user completes a task, unknowingly on behald of everyone else assigned, when reality other users still have work pending and the task is not complete.
