Need some assistance with more technical clarification. What is the difference between Start On and Actual Start Date (what is the trigger point)? Likewise, the difference between Due On and Actual Completion Date? Also, is there a way to find when a task was entered? Thank you. Susan

When approvers are based on job role (versus user) anyone with that job role can approve/reject the task; however, there's not the ability to report out who actually approved the task. Need to have the ability to report out on who (User) approved or rejected a task.
