  • Hi Susan, when building a view or a report, type "Category Name" in the field finder in the top left corner: If you want to display only the records that have a certain form attached to them, you will still need to copy/paste Narayan's code into the filter using text mode. (If you have other filters...

  • Can I get the gang to rally around this year-old submission from Marie Kelly? • I don't know in which release this new report builder feature kicked in, but it's possible to display the collection of hyperlinks to attached forms in any view/report by selecting "Category Name" in the field-chooser. Works on every object type I have tried, and saves me the effort of using text mo...

  • Actually, the original code that Doug shared last year is now a default option in the report builder. It probably has been for a long time and I never got the memo... You can add the field "Category Name" on tasks, issues, projects, users, etc. and that will display a link to the object's custom for...

  • Doug & gang, Have you tried a version of this code to display the link to custom forms attached at different levels in the hierarchy? I'm wanting a column in a task report which links to the custom form attached at its project level. (What I really want is to inline edit project custom data on the t...

  • Nice addition, Monique. My gut tells me that you're out of luck in terms of designing a Workfront report that provides conditional formatting at that level. The column is a collection, and I don't believe you can apply conditional formatting to a collection. You might try another approach - perhaps ...

  • Does width=0 still work in the current release? I'm able to get a very narrow column, that does not display values, and which sorts as expected, but can't seem to completely hide it. William English

  • Just taking a stab in the dark here, because I know Melinda's code works for us: Have you tried creating a Manager Hierarchy field with a blank calculation; saving the user form; then editing/pasting the calculation afterwards? The expression is getting validated in real time - so if the Manager Hie...

  • Hi Mollie, The solution for the original post is this: ROUND((((DATEDIFF(Planned Completion Date,DATE(CONCAT("1/1/",YEAR(Planned Completion Date))))+1)-(8-DAYOFWEEK(DATE(CONCAT("1/1/",YEAR(Planned Completion Date)))))-DAYOFWEEK(Planned Completion Date))/7)+2,0) I think your solution is not as co...

  • I agree, Polly. I didn't interpret the request to roll back the functionality - the existing object-independent Ref ID should remain as is. There should be an additional object-dependent Ref ID created. The two are not mutually exclusive. Very disappointing! William English
