@Skye Hansen‚ , you are correct. We had the same challenge before. Now it is working. May be in future, this will be great if converting project give an option with name of same custom form as with submitted request also. MvhKundan.

Agree with @Kevin Quosig‚ . It is best in practice we found that the project manager name we can include in the template also. This saves time specially in case of person working as resource manager. MvhKundan.
