Presently proof review is happening over webex or teams meeting where team members are sharing the screen using the apps like webex or teams. Since many members are working out different locations there is a lag in viewing the videos or images as its not shared directly from Workfront/Proofing tool....
Thanks Skye for the reply. Yeah, we have explored those options, like clearing cache and other browsers but having this issue for all users in the system
We are getting an error" Something went wrong" when editing the description metadata of a document. After this error if we click on any other options on workfront we are getting the error" Unsaved changes are there, do you want to continue". Anyone faced this issue before?
