"Something went wrong" error displayed while editing description of any document uploaded

We are getting an error" Something went wrong" when editing the description metadata of a document. After this error if we click on any other options on workfront we are getting the error" Unsaved changes are there, do you want to continue". Anyone faced this issue before?

    Issue fixed by Workfront Development team! This is working fine now.

    this is the kind of error where my first troubleshooting steps are to delete cookies and cache or use a different browser... have you tried anything to troubleshoot on your end?

      Thanks Skye for the reply. Yeah, we have explored those options, like clearing cache and other browsers but having this issue for all users in the system
