Linking survey responses to a recipient - Adobe Campaign 08-06-2022
I am using ACC v7 and have setup a web application that uses the survey module to enable customers to provide extra information about themselves. The survey successfully submits the information and this information can be viewed in the responses. However, I can't find a way to link each response back to the customer that submitted them. Customers receive links to the survey via emails that are sent from the same instance of ACC. The only difference with our setup is that we don't send the emails...

Re: Can you use a variable / target data in a delivery label? - Adobe Campaign 30-03-2022
Thanks for your reply Marcel. Although I was able to implement your suggestions, the result was the same in that both groups of customers are given the same delivery label and delivery code. In the target data I can see customers are being assigned different segment codes depending on which segment they are in and a segment code is being pulled into the delivery label and delivery code. However, it is the same delivery label and delivery code for all customers. I'm happy to try other suggestions...

Can you use a variable / target data in a delivery label? - Adobe Campaign 24-03-2022
We have two groups of customers who are being emailed the same html, so it make sense to send them the same email delivery that contains this html. But we want to track the email engagement of each group separately. To achieve this we currently create two email deliveries with two different delivery labels and then load the same html into both deliveries. Is there any way to use just one email delivery but to pass through a variable for each group into the delivery label? Thanks.

Re: Tracking urls that are hidden by <!--[if mso] - Adobe Campaign 16-12-2021
Hi @Sukrity_Wadhwa Our email designers are working through the suggested code changes and will be testing to ensure changes provide us with a solution. I will let you know how the testing goes. Thanks.

Tracking urls that are hidden by <!--[if mso] - Adobe Campaign 06-12-2021
We use html coding in our emails to display content only when the email is opened with the Microsoft Outlook Client. However Adobe Campaign doesn't identify the url and therefore does not track the url. Are there any ways to get Adobe to recognise the url or is there alternative html coding that you would recommend?

Re: Identifying Apple Mail Users - Adobe Campaign 15-09-2021
Thanks @Manoj_Kumar_ From looking at all of the userAgent fields there doesn't seem to be an obvious way to identify Apple Mail users. Therefore how would you use these fields to identify these customers, eg where device = iphone and operating system family = iOS. In this example the customer could still be using an email client that isn't Apple Mail, so is there a way to be more specific?

Identifying Apple Mail Users - Adobe Campaign 15-09-2021
We currently use analytics providers to identify and report on which of our Adobe Campaign (v7) customers open their emails on Apple Mail. Is there a way to identify these same customers through Adobe Campaign? Thanks
