@Keerthana_H_N Mixed media set is combination of images, videos and image/spin sets. What is the expectation here ? Creating a rendition of each asset programmatically and form a new mixed media set?  The help articles you used is for single asset using RenditionMaker service.

@NitroHazeDev If the final goal is to send the form data to third party, why to bring it to AEM side. I would do form submission to the third party datastore with the assumption there is endpoint in third party side to consume the submitted form.
