Hi @joey7  ACS API is currently having no endpoint to manage lists.

 Does Adobe Campaign Standard use Springboot and/or Java 9 or greater? If ACS uses Springboot and Java, which version are they using?

May be the delivery alerting workflow is not running properly.You can check under adminstration- application settings-workflows and search for delivery alerting wkf.

it was content block which was referencing data for event transactional message. after removing it, works fine now.
