  • Double check that the dimension is also added to permissions in the admin console... it may have been an oversight when setting up all the suite permissions.   Edit: particularly if you have curated access rules and didn't just put "All Metrics and Dimensions"

  • Low resolutions like that might indicate smart watches? I don't know how smart watches might be identified... also what version of the SDK are you running? It's possible that if you are running an older version, the proper identification for these devices aren't available?   You should be able to te...

  • This segment, I believe will pull back ALL pages following the sequence, not just the immediate page after Page B.     If you look at the sequence built by the "Next Item" panel, they have additional logic to exclude the remaining pages.     HITS [     HIT Container [         Page (non-repeating ins...

  • Hi @PedroBi ,   The Adobe Support team doesn't usually monitor the forum... while there are Adobe employees that do come to check what's happening, the majority of the support is coming from other users, just like you.   We can help support a lot of questions about "how does metric X work", or "what...

  • Yes!   Normal Breakdowns are based on the value, so if you breakdown "dec_2025" and that doesn't exist next month, there is no breakdown... but using "by position" tells Adobe to breakdown row 1, and row 2 and any other row... so no matter what the value is that month, there will be a breakdown.   S...

  • Hi @NidhiSh7,   you are right, you will have to take the data out of Adobe to do this (PowerBI, Adobe Report Builder + Excel, Data Warehouse + Excel/Database/etc, or any number of options)... but you also need to be aware of the potential for inflation...   The same user who went to suite A, B and G...

  • Hi @Irene_Gould see my comment below...   If you have only three items shown, and those are what you add breakdowns to, then next month only three items will have breakdowns.   This is why you have to initially get as many rows as possible when building your report (pull 2 years of data if you have ...

  • There is another trick when building your own tables (that doesn't require the Table Builder).   Like @FilipeFreitas said, you can use the Breakdown by position, but there is one extra step (if the number of rows is variable)... Increase your time range temporarily to a large enough time frame to ge...

  • Hmm that's odd.. I am seeing down as green and up as red.   Are you using a custom Bounce Rate definition, instead of the standard metric? If so, did you set the upward trend correctly in your metric?       For something like Bounce Rate, you want to set an "upward trend" as Bad (Red)   This will i...
