Just small additonal note:the mobile number would have to be imported as a profile.In ACS you can (by default) just target profiles. Sending to phone numbers in audiences is unfortunately not possible in Campaign Standard

I don't know of any technical limit which would prevent you from creating many tables. Though following should be noted: * each table will occupy space and the total DB space has a limit for the instance * having more tables may impact DB performance * having more tables also increases the time need...

Also for the profile table you should not have too many fields as it may impact performance.e.g. adding 200 custom fields to the profile table may not be a good idea. Though there is no enforced limit.So rather something like "as little as possible, as much as needed"

Unfortunately no.Today admin permissions are required to access transactional messages

Unfortunately today you can't send arrays / multiple values.The parameters defined on the signal acitvity are all "single value fields" only

you normally don't need to specify the incoming/ part but just the file name
