No, we haven't been able to crack this. It seems like a bug in the module that it wouldn't look at the start and stop dates entered. The individual coupons are picked automatically (only the available ones) because the coupon campaign has been selected in the advanced tab of the delivery template. However, it ignores the dates for start and stop if we use this method. Not sure why - but it causes us issues. We have to delete all unassigned coupons if we have a new batch with new start/stop dates...

There is a status field in the coupon value (nms) table. This field has an enumeration of Available or Consumed. We are using an individual coupon and then calling the coupon code from the coupon table (nms) in a delivery template to add it into the template. We had that issue as well and were told that the server's time zone is the time zone it is hosted in. Ours is hosted in California so on PST and we want to be on EST. Best way to change everyone over is doing a query update as was shown. The problem is, your scheduler still schedules at server time. example - we're on EST, server on PST which is 3 hours difference. We are going to be getting a soap API call from our SAP instance when an event is triggered. They are able to send us model number, but nothing else. The image urls and product names are stored in a table in our AC Classic marketing instance.Is there a way to enrich any of the data coming in through a soap call if they cannot pass everything that is needed in the transactional email template?Thank you for your help!

I'm on Adobe campaign classic. The guys from sap gave me that "range" of two CIDRs and I am not sure there is an actual range of CIDRs. I have set up CIDRs as individual security zones before. I haven't been given a range of CIDRs formatted like that before. I am going to clarify with the sap team.

How do I configure a security zone to enable an IP range. What is the syntax? Or do I have to assign a security zone to every individual IP address in the range? I cannot find examples anywhere for setting up a range of IPs in one security zone configuration. We have a range of IPs for access to our SAP system and they will be accessing via API. This is the range I've been given: 158.52.0.0/16 - 159.41.0.0/16
