Hi Adhiyan and thanks for your reply.Unfortunately, the results I am getting is the same as before. Please have a look at the audit below and you will see that the typology rule is not applied because of the lack f a contact date. Any idea of how to force that date to be set?ThanksGuillermo

Hi all,I'd like to apply pressure rules on deliveries that do not have a contact date, because they are created from a template with a workflow activity. Is there any workaround to that?Thanks in advanceGuillermo

I'll respond to myself. I've seen some documentation related to Classic, and it seems that what happens is that we don't have the Pressure type rule activated on our instance.I'll check why this is the case and how we can have it enabled.Thanks for your help.RegardsGuillermo

Thanks @arouillard44,I am checking and I can not find anything for Campaign Classic there. Can it be that this is a Campaign Standard only feature? We are currently on Classic V6.RegardsGuillermo

Hi all,I am thinking about using in our Adobe Campaign a kind of 'Email Pressure' limitation, in the sense of setting a total maximun number of emails that can be received by an individual contact daily and/or weekly. When that limit is reached, any subsequent delivery would need to be cancelled to that recipient.The logic to follow seems quite simple, as it looks to me that counting the records in the broadLog on a given period and take a decision based on that looks like a good process, but at...

Hi all,We are currently using AC 6.1.1 build 8705 and are planning to upgrade to the latest version. We have been advised that we can update to 6.1 or 7, but I don't really know the differences (or even why there are 2 'last versions'). Do you know if there is any documentation available of do you have any advise on that?Thanks in advanceGuillermo

Hi,Sorry for the delay. The inverse is:function decryptImportFile(file) { var fullName = file.fullName.toString(); var outputFile = 'decryptedFile.xxx'; var systemCommand = "gpg --output " + outputFile + " --decrypt " + fullName; var result = execCommand(cmd, true);}To handle multiple keys you will need to import all of them into your gpg and the use one or another to encrypt by using the switch -r or --recipient when calling gpg.I hope it makes sense.ThanksGuillermo

Hi all,I'm having a very simple question: I have some logInfo and logError commands within a script code block in a Web Application and can't find where the log is located. The most obvious place is the Web Application Audit, but nothign is saved there.Could you please have a look?Thanks very much in advanceGuillermo

Hi Jean-Serge, and thanks for your reply.In fact I forgot o mention that the error message mentioned was shown on the preview, and with the debug mode on. This is the only thing I can see on the window.I've added myself to the whole list of security groups and it did not help. And the only way to check the serverConf.xml is to check with support if the system is hosted by Adobe, am I right?Thanks againGuillermo

Thanks again Amit,I'm sorry but I don't fully get it. Maybe I have not explained myself properly. I think I have actually loaded the additional data on a enrichment I am using.The thing is that, from what I know, in javascript it is equivalent to access to an object in the way object.key or object['key'] . I still struggle to understand how can it be that I can use the first and not the second way. And what looks even more weird to me: once I access a value the first way (just assign the value t...

Thanks for your reply Amit,I am not sure this is the case. The data is indeed there. It's coming from a data enrichment, and I can always read and use it by using targetData.keyName.ThanksGuillermo

Hi,I am using the object targetData in a delivery of a workflow. If I try to see what's inside this object with the following code:document.write("" + JSON.stringify(targetData) + "");I only get part of the object, not all the keys that are available.However, the keys are perfectly available as if I show them in the way:document.write(targetData.keyName) And the interesting thing is that from that moment, and for any subsequent run, the key keyName is also shown in the JSON.stringify output that...

Thanks very much for your answer Jean-Serge. I'll try your solution as soon as I can.To give you more information about why using the script tab instead of the body, apart from what you say, is that I need to modify the emali subject line of the delivery depending on the data coming from the workflow, and I don't know how to do that from the delivery itself, as if I try to set the value of delivery.mailParameters.subject I get a 'read only' error. On the other hand, from the script tab it works ...

Hi littlesnack,You need to include the date you want the timer to be triggered in the label of the 'Wait' element. Something like what Marcel showed in the screenshot: Wait until - 2018/03/27 13:00:00marcel.gent.86 , I know you wanted it to be tolerant if the label would not hold the date, but it does complain also in my case if it's not there with the dash. Very helpful anyway, thanks.

Hi Sid,After setting gpg on the server and importing the public key as Vipul said, a function like this below can help within the workflow:function encryptFile(file) { var systemCommand = "gpg --encrypt --recipient recipientToEncryptTo " + file; var result = execCommand(systemCommand, true); }
