This is Brian. I'm a Director of Marketing Operations at Zendesk based in San Francisco CA. We are in the implementation phase of replacing our current martech stack with Adobe solutions: Marketo Engage, Assets, AEM Sites, Target and RT-CDP.
My team will be responsible for general admin of CDP/AEP and to support Marketing with Segmentation and Activation. I'm looking forward to earning my Business Practitioner certification and connecting with the community.

This is Vinod Kannan. I'm a Manager of Data Analytics at Conde Nast Tech Lab based in Bangalore, India. Currently, I’m focused on implementing Snowplow Analytics and onboarding data governance tools like AVO and Alation to enhance data quality, security, and compliance.
My team and I handle data privacy and compliance, ensuring adherence to regulations such as GDPR and CCPA. We collaborate closely with marketing, product, data engineering, and executive teams to refine digital strategies and optimize conversion funnels.

Offline batch data is collected and processed at specific intervals, such as daily or weekly, representing historical data rather than real-time information. This batch data has a natural delay due to the time required for collection and processing, making it suitable for historical analysis and trend identification but not for immediate actions.
