I added UTM parameters in channel configuration.
when i published the template through journey, am not seeing that every link present in template are not automatically appended with UTM parameters.
Is there a reason why AJO isn't appending UTM parameters to few links included in the template?

@SatheeskannaK , i found the issue why the AJO isnt able to add tracking information and UTM parameters to few links.
Its issue with MSO filter in outlook because of that AJO cant able to add or recognize as link.
we fixed the code and now AJO is working fine and adding UTM parameters to all links.

@AJODev when you set up UTM parameters at the channel configuration level, they should automatically be added to all URLs. This includes situations where you've included some parameters directly in the email template; the system will still add the other parameters from the channel configuration. However, if the template is linked to a different channel configuration that doesn't include UTM parameters, then the URLs will either lack UTM tags or you'll need to specify everything directly for each URL. Make sure to review the templates that are missing URL parameters to identify the problem.

@SatheeskannaK whatever UTM Parameters i added in channel configuration are only added to few links but not all links in the template.
when i click the CTA(appended with link) it shows only link in url but not with UTM parameters like utm_source & utm_medium&utm_campaign.
in my channel configuration , i added above parameters.

I don't see any reason why it's not adding UTM parameters to all the links. I'm just throwing out some options. Did you try with OOTB templates and specify URLs for contents to test it out?

That's weird. I can't reproduce this issue on my end. Quick question: Do you see this issue on all the sandboxes? If so, the next steps would be to open a support ticket and see if they can figure out what's going on with your instance.
