Unable to view offer in the journey

Hi ,

I have created an offer where it targets all the female customers having firstname and account no.. I haven't added any event to my decision rule keeping in mind that AJO doesn't leverage the offer which has event based decision rule.

Created personalized,fallback,collection and the decision scope. For this purpose, I'm using priority based ranking. Now when I leverage this offer in my journey, it doesn't show up in my email designer.

I'm able to add it and initially I was able to view it in my designer too ,so I published it but upon receiving the email, the personalized offer wasn't presented. Then upon checking the email content of the live journey,it shows rest of the content but doesn't show the personalized offer.

Even the duplicate copy of the journey doesn't show the offer in the designer although the decision scope is available in the journey to select.

Please let me know the mistake I'm making here or any documents to get the offer in the final email content would be helpful.
