Hello Adobe community, there is a growing need to safeguard audiences, journeys, and content fragments. I need different roles have different permission level to edit certain audiences, journeys, and content fragments. Some people are allowed to edit certain segments whereas others can use those segment and not able to edit it. Could you please provide me if there is any documentation about this?

Thank you so much!

Hi @Anuhya-Y ,

Thanks for the quick reply. I have read through the documentation. Which label is the label that restrict users from editing segment, but they can view/use the segment ?

Many thanks!

checkout profile management permission,

profile management permission applies to all segments, if you want to hide a specific segment or audience, you need to use labels, either you can create custom labels or utilize core labels.

Hi @Anuhya-Y , I need to have all segments visible, but people are not able to edit some segments and they need to have permission to edit other segments. Is this possible with labels?

@DX01  I believe this level of granularity (where all segments are visible, but some segments are view-only while others are editable based on permissions) is not available at this time.

@Anuhya-Y Is there anything else, other than labels, to help with safeguarding segment with this level of granularity?
