Request to help understand AJO Licensing

Avatar

Community Advisor

hi all,

Requesting help to understand the current AJO licenses available.

We have 3 types of license listed here for AJO [https://business.adobe.com/products/journey-optimizer/pricing.html]

In none of these AEP is specified, does this mean that AEP is not in picture. If so how would the unified profile concept work for the same and how would the data storage and profile stitching work.

Your inputs on the above is appreciated.

Hi @ReenaJohn

AJO is built on top of AEP  and combines a unified, real-time customer profile, an API-first open framework, centralized offer decisioning, and artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) for personalization and optimization.

Here is as basic architecture of AJO, the points of integration, and the relationship between AJO and AEP.

So AEP is in the picture but components and capabilities available in your instance depend on your permissions and on your licensing package. For more details on your license entitlements, reach out to your Adobe Customer Success Manager or your Adobe representative.

Thanks,

David

In addition to David response, you can take a look at the product description page, which details the packages including license metric details.
