Hello everyone,
I created these two audiences to be used in an AJO campaign to target people who opened a specific email.
v1 / Profile count 662
v2 / Profile count 652
If the Message ID belongs to the Campaign Action ID used in the Audience v1.
Why we are not getting the same number of profiles?
Thank you

The difference in profile counts between your two audiences could be due to slight variations in audience filter logic (such as using different message IDs or segment rules), timing/data sync delays, or profile merges (identity stitching).
You need to check that both audiences use the exact same message tracking criteria and allow for profile sync time. Even small differences or recent profile updates can impact counts.

In AJO, Message ID is tied to a specific email creative, while Campaign Action ID represents the broader campaign action (which may include multiple messages, variants, or groups). Because they aren’t 1:1, and due to possible data processing delays, the profile counts won’t always match. For precise targeting of a single email, use Message ID; for broader action-level targeting, use Campaign Action ID.
