Opt outs with Twilio in AJO

Avatar

Level 2

Hi,

Can someone please help me understand how opt-outs are performed when using Twilio for AJO? The documentation says that Native keywords are only available for Sinch and Infobip, so how would someone opt-out in the event we use Twilio? Thank you.

@GracePr , Native keywords are not compatible with Twilio integration at the moment. In this case, the opt-out source will be Twilio. A custom process must be established to transfer the data to CDP for import handling.

Thanks, Sathees
