[Cross-posted from another forum]

Hey all, We are looking to connect to internal APIs through Journey Optimizer with External data sources. We use AzureAD OAuth (JWT) authentication for all the APIs that we intend to connect to. Is this a feasible integration for JO? Can we generate JWT tokens on JO or have a working route for this?

For Data Sources and custom Actions in Journey Optimizer, we can use the Custom authentication mode with OAuth authentication to create a bearer token before the actual call.

See https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/journeys/using/data-source-journeys/external-data-sources.ht... for more details on how to configure custom authentication to call API wrapping protocols such as OAuth2
