Hi, is there any issue when using in-app in journeys? I've created In-app in campaigns and seems ok but I'm facing some issues (in-pp not being displayed) for in-apps in journeys.thanks.

@Mayank_Gandhi @SatheeskannaK In-app for campaigns are working fine but I can't figure out what's happening for journeys. I read something regarding joai segment and for that journey id (497a3...) Assurance is saying that exclusion code: "exclusion.reason.segment.not.found" but I'm not sure how that segment works. Thanks.

@Silvio6 Confirm that the audience used in the journey has the "Active-On-Edge Merge Policy" enabled. This is often missed and is a common cause for journeys not delivering in-app messages, especially when using audiences
Have you had luck getting in-app messages to work for AJO? I am trying to the same and from another thread i learnt that my problem may be a batch audience. Even when I use an event trigger that does not work. Do you have any inputs on how you triggered this? I dont think we can use campaign as I see that the only option is to use push-notifications. For the AJO dataset we had used WEbsdk and then we created a mobile sdk schema and dataset and I am not sure if we need to profile enable it.
Audience Setup: Application Launch Event as an Edge event segment audience with Today as timeframe.
In the journey, Audience Qualification with ECID as the Namespace.
Below is on of the common errors we see: com.adobe.ajo.live/not-enabled
In Assurance under In-app Messaging I am seeing:
Adobe Journey Optimizer must be enabled inside your Data Stream
&
Did not detect the required configuration values. Please ensure the following values have been configured in Data Collection: experienceCloud.org, edge.configId, and messaging.eventDataset.
in red. Though we have all of that set in place. Unsure what could be missing to make this connection.
Thanks in advance for inputs.
