How to delete journey in AJO

Hi Team, 

I'm in a situation where I need to delete more than 150 journeys as a part of cleanup activity. Is there is any API or any other Automation method to delete the journeys without one by one in UI?

@DeepakVasudevan Currently, there's no alternative way to delete journeys other than using the UI method.
