Adobe Journey Optimizer Business Practitioner Certification

Hi Community,

I have scheduled for Adobe Journey Optimizer Business Practitioner Certification exam using my work email address. I am unable to login to my adobe certification portal with my work ID from my personal device and go to guardian browser  from there to take the exam due to company restrictions on logging in personal devices. I can't take download guardian browser to take the test in my work device as it is blocked. Is there any way to transfer my voucher to my personal email? I contacted the support and no response till now . Rescheduled the exam for now but hoping to find a way to fix this
