AJO Quiet Hours

Hi all,

I’m trying to use the Quiet Hours feature in AJO. According to the documentation, there should be a “Rule Type” dropdown where Quiet Hours can be selected, but I don’t see this option in my sandbox.

Is there a reason why this option is not available?

Hi @trojanHorse12 

Quiet hours rules are currently only available for a set of organizations (Limited Availability). They will be progressively available to all customers in future releases.
