Adobe Journey Optimizer

Hello,

Is it possible to access the Journey step events dataset in AEP segments and AJO data sources? I’m unable to see it when creating a segment or adding fields to a data source.

Can someone provide insights on this? If it's not accessible, could I get an explanation as to why?

No, journey step events dataset is not enabled for profile and as such, it would not be available for segmentation.

Journey step events captures information for every step an individual takes in a journey. A step event corresponds to an individual moving from one node to another in a journey. For example, in a journey that has an event, a condition and an action, three step events are sent to the Adobe Experience Platform. This being a heavy dataset, will impact profile richness and hence not enabled.
