UI to create several test user

As a company that uses the Journey Optimizer our editor has to test and  controll their campaigns and journeys. Therefor they need testusers with several different attributes.

At this moment they has to contact a developer to create all this testuser via API call - not the best way. We need an  UI /GUI  to do this at every level where this accounts are needed.

There is also the ability to bulk create test profiles from the "Create test profiles" widget on the homepage. It is somewhat limited in that you can't add a ton of metadata, but you can always update profiles later on. 

We have a bunch of features planned to help in creating and managing test groups coming up!
