Hey Journey Optimizers!

We’re excited to roll out our latest Community Ideas Updates—a quarterly roundup that reflects our ongoing commitment to co-innovate with you. Your ideas aren’t just suggestions—they’re directly shaping the evolution of Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). Through these updates, we aim to provide clear visibility into how your voice translates into product direction and delivery, and ensure you see the impact of your feedback in action.

Here’s what’s been happening with your ideas in the 3rd quarter, i.e., 1st July – 30th September’ 25:

Impact at a Glance

  • 19 ideas submitted by community members
  • 5% features delivered
  • 90% of those ideas are being investigated by the product team

Delivered Ideas – You Asked, We Built It!

We’re excited to share that the following idea has been addressed and is available in the product. While the functionality already existed, this idea helped spotlight and elevate its value for our community. We’re glad that  Selliers found it useful, and we encourage you all to check it out and see if it helps you too!

Huge shoutout to Selliers for surfacing this need and inspiring others to explore existing capabilities!

Thank you for helping shape AJO! We love seeing your ideas come to life.

Under Investigation – Stay Tuned!

These ideas are currently being investigated. The product team is exploring feasibility, impact, and use cases. If you’ve submitted one of these, keep an eye out! You might hear directly from the team soon.

Want to help these ideas gain traction? Add your vote or comment to share how it would help your workflows.

Declined Ideas – Here’s Why

Some ideas didn’t make it to the roadmap this time. We know this can be disappointing, so we’re sharing brief context to keep things transparent.

  • Use of paragraph tag when pasting text into email fragments – declined because this was found to be outside AJO’s scope and not a product issue. While it won’t be added as a feature now, we appreciate the detailed investigation and encourage sharing any helpful workarounds in the community.

Thank you for sharing these. Even if they weren’t picked up, they help us understand your needs better.

Top Ideas to Show Love On

Not every idea is accepted right away, but community support can make all the difference. Here are a few popular requests currently gathering momentum. Drop a comment, add your vote, or share your use case to help them gain visibility with the product team:

Your engagement matters. Let’s keep the momentum going!

We’ll be back next quarter with more updates. Until then, keep those ideas coming and thank you for being such an incredible part of the AJO Community!

Together, we’re shaping the future of AJO.

@Selliers Good ideas from your side. @Sukrity_Wadhwa How you are prioritize these kind of profile over our CRM through feature requests. Is there any deadline for these kind of tickets.

Hi @gengaipandi03,

Thanks for your question! I’m not sure I fully understand what you mean by “How you prioritize these kinds of profiles over our CRM through feature requests.” Could you please clarify or share an example?

Regarding deadlines:
There’s no fixed SLA for idea requests submitted through the community. These go through different statuses:

  • New → Investigating → Accepted → Delivered, OR
  • New → Investigating →Declined

Once an idea moves to Accepted, we share a target delivery window (e.g., “H1 2026”) rather than an exact date.

How you can help prioritize Community Ideas:
As a community member, you can like or comment on ideas that align with your use case. We relay this engagement to the product team, and it helps them gauge demand and prioritize accordingly.

Hope this helps! Looking forward to your clarification so I can guide you better.
