DTM "Don't load Google Universal Analytics on these pages" tick box not working.

I've set a page load rule - it contains some 3rd party script to load the Enhanced Ecommerce code for Google Universal Analytics. This has to fire on the same send pageview as the main body of the GUA code, so I need to shut off GUA loading form the main DTM rule for this page and load it manually.
This was working fine a few days ago, but checking it today, the "Don't load Google Universal Analytics on these pages" has unticked itself and greyed out. It is not no longer tickable. As such, the page in question is firing a double page view.
Please can someone let me know why this has happened and whether it's a temporary glitch. None of my other page load rules will allow me to tick this option either, so it appears the functionality is not working at all.
