Implementation of live person in DTM -- help needed

hi,

we have sucessfully implemented omniture on DTM.

but are facing issues while implementing Live Person in DTM, do have any specific docs or steps to implement the same in DTM.

I'm not sure what "Live Person" is. Do you have any documentation for this? If you're still experiencing an issue with this, please contact Customer Care.
