Hi All,

I have few set of rules that we configured to the web property Direct call rule.The website includes both the header and footer code for DTM property. once I click its showing an uncaught error in console. can you please assist me how to fix the issue.

It looks like the error says _satellite.track is not a function. How have you deployed DTM on your site? Is it included in the static code or is it being dynamically injected via a tag manager or other system?

Also, have you manually coded _satellite.track() into your code anywhere or are you just using a direct call rule?

Could you provide the URL where we can view the site where DTM is deployed?
