We started out by creating one portfolio and was putting everything under there for the ease of reporting, but as we have matured we are starting to create multiple portfolios, wondering what is better and any advantages, disadvantages on creating just one portfolio or having multiple portfolios.

Can any Workfront customer access Workfront One, or only a system administrator? @
