Adobe Target

Hi,I am passing a segment to adobe target through adobe analytics,I want users who are falling in the segment I have mentioned should see same offer on all pages he/she traverse.Can you someone tell how to do this in adobe target ? I assume Experience targeting would require.Thanks,Ketan Pardeshi

Hi Team,In Adobe Target, while creating an audience I could create them based on Network -> Domain. Now I see that option "Network" is missing from the list of Rules I can add. Not able to figure out why?Can you please help me?Thanks and Regards,Manohar.
