Adobe Target

Hi guys  I spend a lot of time in Adobe Target copy pasting code from my editor to the VEC. Is it possible to use GIT or FTP to upload the changes directly to Target?I tried remote offers but that does not work in the VEC.

I've found that on a page multiple experiences were running with equal priority levels.This should not be done, but I was just curious what exactly happens. Does one test show or maybe one of the tests randomly? I can't find an answer in the docs, just that it could cause a collision.
