We currently capture the first name of the visitor in the DataLayer and would like to pull that to personalize the headline with the name. Looking for suggestions on how best to do that.

Want to get the param value from the referringURL. Can anybody advise me on this? We get page param value like this page.param(paramName). How do we get the "paramName" if it is present in referringurl?
