Synchronization of campaigns and offers are not happening from adobe target to aem

Hi Team,

We have successfully connected to Adobe Target from AEM

Synchronization of campaigns and offers are happening properly from aem to adobe target

now the problem is Synchronization is not happening once we modify any campaign in a adobe target.

Can any one say me is adobe supporting this?
