Adobe changed the URLs for acrobat.com recently with the addition of the Workspaces feature.

You can get to the links by adding "workspaces." in front of acrobat.com:

I can get to that link, but the file isn't there to download nor is there a download link. Can someone help me?

Try copying and pasting the links, it looks like when I added workspaces into the link the html behind the link wasn't updated.
