There seems to be a limit to how many subforms I can add even though I have not set a max number. Also, even though I have allowed page breaks within subforms, the pages are not breaking. I'm sure both of these are simple fixes, I just can't figure it out. I attached my form, SB_template so you can look at the code. I also attached one for you to open in Adobe to see the result of adding what appears to be the maximum number of subforms allowed. The button to add another standard disappears all together after adding 7 instances. The button to add more objectives stays visible, but doesn't work after 16 instances have been added. You can also see that there are now tons of blank pages.
