Scale in the Layout palette

Hello,
I need help with settings of scale in the Layout palette.
When I create a new form and put some object (for example Decimal Field) to the form, I have in Layout pallete scale in inches.
I need this scale in millimeter.
When I try write for example Width: 40mm and put focus to the Height, the Width is automaticly switch to "1.5748in" value.

Open up the Drawing Aids pallette under Window, then change the Units to millimeters.
