Purchase LiveCycle ES4

I understand that LC ES4 has been deprecated and the upgrade path is to Adobe Experience Manager.  However, our product utilizes output from LiveCycle Designer and currently only supports Acrobat 9.  Many of our newer clients need the ability use LC Designer from ES4 to generate custom forms.  It appears LC ES4 can no longer be purchased at this time.

Where can we continue to purchase LC ES4?  Is the product available through resellers?  We need to allow our newer clients access to LC ES4, until we can upgrade our application to support Adobe 10+, then they can transition to AEM.  What are our options?

Find an old copy of Acrobat Pro that has LCD bundled with it is the only option, I believe.
