Problem with Reader Extensions credentials

Hi,

      I have faced some issue with Readers Extension credentials.I installed Life Cycle Server and then import Readers Extension Pack .Its uploaded successfully.

But when i am signing any pdf by hitting the URL http://localhost:8080/ReaderExtensions  Its giving me Error as defined Below.

"a fault occured while trying to access the list of Reader Extensions credentials"

Please help to resolve it.

What web app server are you using? If its BEA, the defualt address is http://localhost:7001/ReaderExtensions
