Need help with JavaScript

I have a pdf form made for my work I want to do the following:

1. Add a serial number for the form

2. I add a submit button that when they click it I want it to save in a shared folder automatically with the serial number and send it to my email

please if anyone can help I have no knowledge of JavaScript
