Need for application (UI) sharing capability.

I am receiving business requirements where we need application sharing capability at the UI level.  After securing necessary permissions, we need to view an application (mostly browser-based) UI running elsewhere on another computer.  We may also require update capability.

The settings can be student/teacher, agent/client and so on.  We very much prefer this approach over blanket screen sharing which presents information security issues, privacy violations and so on.

Does/will AFCS offer this capability?

Hi Ram,

I'm not sure what is meant by "application sharing". If it involves anything like scraping the pixels of one screen and sending them as video to another, the Flash Player isn't capable of this. If you need co-browsing (such as, co-navigating a form or a map, both of which are part of a Flex application), then data messaging can be used to keep multiple clients in synch via a shared model.

The YahooMaps example has a shared model for keeping a map in synch.
