Someone know where can i download Adobe LiveCycle ES2, but the version 3.1? I only found the version 3.0.

I want to use with the Flash Builder 4 (not the beta version).

I believe you are referring to LiveCycle Data Services 3.1. As of today, it is not publicly available AFAIK. If you have a license for LiveCycle Data Services 3.0 and you are paying maintenance you should receive notification when it is available.
