Invoking long-lived process using .Net

I need to access a long-lived process from Asp.Net application.

I don't want to use the Basic authentication because I need to supply the Credentials.

Is there a way to authenticate a user based on windows credentials? Similar to one we usually do it on Flex SSO?

Any samples or advise??
