INVALID-TICKET: usage-limit-reached on paid account?

I just received a "INVALID-TICKET: usage-limit-reached" error. I'd guess that this is an error indicating that I've reached some sort of usage limit, but the account is a paid account.

How do I fix this?

Pay per use accounts still have a limit. You decide how much you want

to spend per month but when that amount is reached the account will be

blocked.

Did you check your usage in devportal?

If you think something is not right send us your account information

and we'll look into it.

Hi Sandy,

Could you please let us know your account name (e.g - http://connectnow.acrobat.com/<account-name>)?  If you don't want to post it on the forums, just send it to lccs(at)adobe.com.  Also, please check that you don't have a max monthly set through the developer portal.
