How to limit a value in a numeric field.

I am looking to find out how I would limit the number in a numeric field, I would like the user to have the ability to put in any number between 1 and 80.  I am a newbie at this so please descriptive in your reply.

Sorry but this is not the correct list for your question. There are many different forums for the different LiveCycle products (http://forums.adobe.com/community/livecycle). You should pick the one related to the product you are using. From your question I would guess you are talking about LC Forms ?
