Hi
as I mentioned, I created a form with adobe livecycle which include a bottom to add a file into the form.
the same form when it is used by others who have the normal adobe reader they can’t use that form; only those who have DC pro can use?!
any solutions?

May be you use a feature which can only used in Adobe Acrobat.
Try the forum for LiveCycle Designer.
As long as what you've done works in Acrobat Pro, what you're up against here is the difference in allowed functionality between Acrobat Pro and the free Adobe Reader. But all is not lost, as there's Reader Extensions.
Once your form has been completed and it's all ready to go, save it from LiveCycle Designer and open it in Acrobat Pro. I don't know what version of Acrobat Pro you have, but in Acrobat Pro DC you can go to File > Save As Other and then pick "Reader Extended PDF" from the menu.
The PDF you make will now have many features available in Reader that were only available with Acrobat before, and your file button and other field filling should now work just fine.
I hope that helps.
