ES4: Word (version XP or onwards) could not be found on the machine

Sorry folks, I know there is a link for correcting this issue using different versions of ES, Windows, & Word, but I want to make sure that I am making the correct edits before moving onward.  Below are my specs, please respond.

Live Cycle Version = ES4

Word Version = 2013 32 Bit

Windows version = Windows 8.1 Pro 64 bit

winword.exe is found in C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office 15\root\office15
